Q.Where do you ship from?
A.We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. 

Q.Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
A.No, We don’t have COD.
 
Q.How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A.It vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
 
Q.Is shipping really FREE?
A.No, Shipping is charged at nominal fee of ₹60/kg depending on product weight and delivered all over India.
 
Q.Do you provide refund or return in case i face any issue with the product?

A. No, We don’t provide refund once the order is placed but we exchange the product if you have received the defective or wrong products within 7 days of delivery.
 
Q.How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A.It will take usually between 5-6  days as all products are made to order so once its dispatched we send you the tracking number.

A. YDWC Apparels, Next to Durga Mata Mandir Baiganwadi Govandi Mumbai,Maharashtra, India.
  
Q.Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A.Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours)

Q.How can I pay?
A.We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc. We do not have cash on delivery.

A.You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 
 
Q.How to cancel my order?
A.You have time span of 12 hrs after placing order to cancel the order, after 12 hrs all orders are further processed for manufacturing and no cancellations will be entertained.
