Return and Exchange policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy only in the following cases:
   • If you receive a wrong product
   • If the product is defective or damaged

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or unboxing video proof.

Share clear photos or unboxing videos showing the issue.
Our team will verify the issue and confirm the exchange.


Return Shipping
• We do not provide reverse pickup service.
• Customers will need to courier the product back to us after approval from our team.
• Customers are required to pay the one-way shipping charges when sending the product back.

Product Condition
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition
• With original packaging and tags
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
Processing Time
Once we receive and verify the product, the exchange will be processed within 7–8 working days.


Non-Exchangeable Cases
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (exception in some cases )
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
• Slight stitching or measurement variations (±0.5–1 inch) which are normal in made-to-order garments

NOTE :We have uploaded size chart along with every product , so customer can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made to order products.
